Founded in June 2022 by Dylan Murcott, a seasoned professional racer, Dirty Shepherd Rally School was born out of a passion for motorsport and a vision to create a premier rally driving hub in the picturesque landscapes of upstate New York. Dylan's journey in competitive racing, spanning IMSA championships to the American Rally Association, revealed a gap in accessible, high-level rally training. Dirty Shepherd Rally School aims to bridge this gap, offering enthusiasts and aspiring racers alike the opportunity to hone their skills, understand the intricacies of rally driving, and foster a community united by the thrill of the sport. With an illustrious racing career that includes two IMSA championships and participation in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Dylan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the school. Since 2020, he has also been competing in the American Rally Association, continually refining his skills and understanding of rally driving. Dylan's deep knowledge and hands-on approach ensure that every student at Dirty Shepherd Rally School learns how to harness their potential and push their driving abilities to the limit. Under his guidance, students not only learn the fundamentals and advanced techniques of rally driving but also develop a true racer's mindset, focused on precision, safety, and adaptability.
